Registration in the Waihopai Room at the Ascot Park Hotel,
corner Tay & Racecourse Road, Invercargill
Nibbles 'n' Natter, platter food in the Conference Room at the Ascot Park Hotel.
President's welcome and convention announcements on weekend format. Food will be available from 7.00pm. A cash bar with cash/EFTPOS/credit card will be in operation. Happy Hour is between 6.00pm and 7.00pm

There’s a no cost option to put in a few cruise laps at Teretonga Park Raceway. Please refer to the registration form to select this option
